Debbie Ubillus, the company Founder + CEO has always had a passion for client service, mixology and entrepreneurship. After the military, Debbie started working in the hospitality scene in Miami’s top bar and restaurants while going to college for business marketing. Still not knowing what she was going to pursue full time, she tried different things but eventually came
back to her passion for hospitality and decided to create an Event Staffing Agency focused on Cocktail Catering.
Debbie launched the company in 2019 after being in the industry for many years. She quickly learned this industry had lots of room for improvement and focused on quality not quantity. Her drive and focus scaled the company very quickly despite it being a male dominated industry and is now one of the leading Cocktail Catering and Event Staffing Company’s in South Florida.

How many Bartenders for hire should you book?
- WE RECOMMEND:
For a Simple Wine & Beer Bar
1 bartender can handle up to 65 guests
For a Full Bar
1 bartender can handle up to 50 guests
What do we recommend for Large Parties?
- We have a large staff on call and can handle events of any size.
Our recommendation is to hire a Bar Manager for larger events and several bartenders and
barbacks. Bar Managers take a huge workload off the hands of event planners or party hosts
and ensure that all of the bars are operating in a timely, coordinated and excellent way.
